Mark was global head of strategy in a $60bn corporation at just 34 and President of a $16bn conglomerate at 40. He has designed multiple corporate and business unit transformations, working on business development across the globe. He has led organizations of several thousand people and rebuilt growth capabilities from the ground up in design, innovation and eCommerce. He is also highly experienced in corporate development, having completed nearly $30bn of M&A transactions. Mark is a published author, with his book “Pick a Lane” released in 2020 presenting a clear framework for designing growth strategy. His approach to strategy links transformative thinking with the practical realities of resource allocation, capability development and P&L execution.
Alan has an outstanding operational track record gained from working across brands of all shapes and sizes. Alan has designed and implemented large business transformation programs from designing the most recent cost reduction program as Chief Transformation Officer at Hain Celestial, to leading operations for a $2bn eCommerce division managing over 100 brands online. In recent years Alan has worked closely with the Founders of Alchemy-Rx on numerous business strategy projects including M&A integration, and major change and value creation projects.

With more than a decade of experience in marketing leadership for global B2B and B2C brands, Tiffany is energized by complex problems. She is skilled at finding relevant connections from multiple sources and distilling them into a clear, nuanced understanding of risks and opportunities. With a strong drive for creating new value, she takes a collaborative approach to cross-department business strategies with accompanying multi-year P&Ls, marketing, and resource alignment plans. Mel has worked with many of the world’s leading research firms, on both the client and agency side. She is expert in many of the foundation strategic techniques that underpin brand strategy as well as the activity based mix validation protocols that underpin the reliability of our growth initiatives. Currently Mel is working on developing simpler, faster techniques for smaller brands and proprietary tools to understand the online shopper’s path to purchase.
Alan has 15 years of experience in strategy and analytics, most recently leading the data analytics function at a blue-chip consumer goods company. He has a track record of delivering analytics projects for businesses of all sizes, driving executive decision making across a wide range of industries. Alan has a unique ability to determine the drivers of performance beyond simple outcomes. With a depth of experience in strategy, he can deftly synthesize complex data and communicate his findings to leadership in an actionable way. Alan has a strong but rational aversion to pie charts.
Dan has almost 20 years’ experience in the field of Strategy and Analytics, across a variety of businesses and industries. Most recently a member of the leadership team and leader of Strategy and Analytics at a blue-chip consumer good company, Dan has transformed strategic and analytical capabilities at several businesses. Dan specialises in providing insights to enable strategic decision making and execution, breaking down drivers of performance to uncover actionable insights. Dan has worked with the founders of Alchemy-Rx for many years across a range of projects, from designing corporate strategy to rebuilding the innovation funnel.

Tim’s early career saw him in the middle of the action of some of the most formidable boardrooms in the city of London. He led media relations and communications in some of the largest, most internally complex blue chip companies. In the last decade Tim pursued a more entrepreneurial portfolio role of coaching and change management in organizations pursuing transformations and developing new ways of helping leaders communicate. The rise of social media and the millennial generation have left many traditional corporate “top down” communications an irrelevance to the people they try to touch.
